F40 series

Turn your microscope into a film measuring tool
The F40 product family is used to measure light spots as small as 1 micron. For most microscopes, the F40 simply attaches to the Type c adapter that is the standard part of the microscope industry.

The F40 is equipped with an integrated color camera for accurate monitoring of measurement points. The thickness and refractive index can be determined in one second. Like all of our desktop instruments, the F40 needs to be connected to the USB port on your Windows computer and set up in a few minutes.
